Regulations and guidelines covered include FDA, NFPA, NMFS, APHA, EPA, NSF, OSHA, NBCI, USDA, AOAC, NSSP and CODEX. Appendices facilitate implementation of regulatory standards by providing: convenient access to all regulations from a particular governing body regulatory body contact information - cross-referencing by seafood type and regulation/guideline and regulatory forms. This book should be of interest to seafood processors; wholesalers and distributors; importers; government regulators and exporters.
