No Regrets (Well maybe just a few)

Sexual bucket lists, self-loathing, anorexia, bulimia, the tricky art of internet dating and so much more. Nothing prepares you for becoming single again at 50, especially when life has already given you so much baggage. But through laughter, tears and a little bit of self-acceptance, you can survive and build a new life for yourself; I did. Written during the first COVID lockdown when time allowed thought, an intimate reflection of a life which could have ended so badly.
