A Study Unit to Promote Critical & Creative Thinking Focusing on weather, the primary objective of this learning unit is to introduce youngsters to important science concepts, which it does in a fun-filled way. An important objective is the development of crucial critical- and creative-thinking skills. The activities were specifically designed to encourage divergent thinking, flexibility of thought, fluent production of ideas, elaboration of details, and originality. Grades 1-4.
