This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 16th World Congress on Services, SERVICES 2020, held as part of the Services Conference Federation, SCF 2020, in Honolulu, HI, USA, in September 2020. The conference was held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.The 5 full papers and 4 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 10 submissions.
