My Residence : Scandinavian interiors from Residence Magazine 2017

MY RESIDENCE is an annual publication in English, covering the best of Scandinavian interiors, design and architecture presented by Residence Magazine throughout a year In the second issue of My Residence we visit the homes of 16 creatives in the Nordic region, including Kinfolk editor in chief Nathan Williams in Copenhagen and Norwegian stylist duo Krakvik & DOrazio. We get a rich insight to the Scandinavian interiors and design scene of today. This issue also features: Learning from the Nordic interior - Hugo Macdonald, formerly brand director of Studioilse and design editor of Monocle magazine, captures the mind and soul of the Nordic home. Studio Carl Eldh - Carl Eldh was one of the great Swedish sculptors of the early 20th century. With its beautiful light and eye-catching details, his Stockholm studio remains as enchanting as it was during his lifetime. The master of Modernism - Finnish architect and designer Alvar Aalto has had an enormous impact on modern Scandinavian design. The villa he designed for himself and his wife in Helsinki in the 1930s is now a museum.
