The book is divided into two parts: the interpretation and application of articles and the legislative document. The interpretation and application of articles include seven chapters such as general provisions, e-commerce operators, conclusion and performance of e-commerce contracts, and e-commerce dispute resolution. The legislative document includes Notes on the E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft), Report of the Law Committee of the National People's Congress on the Amendment of the E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft), and other document.
