Philippe Tiemassa-Grey was born on January 12th, 1988, in Jacqueville, Ivory Coast (Cote d Ivoire). A lover of literature, he started writing at age 10 and hasn t stopped since. Thanks to his writing talent, in 2013 he was recruited to the offices of the Ivory Coast s first lady, Madame Dominique Ouattara. In 2017, the pan-African media outlet Financial Afrik considered him one of the most influential young people in the country. The poetry collection Safaola is his first published work.
