The "Robb"ing of Indiana Grandparents From Adopted Grandchildren

This book contains the Indiana Grandparent Visitation Act from its enactment in 1981 through its latest amendment in 2017 and details how the Indiana Appellate Courts have refused to follow the enacted statutes especially in the event of a grandchild's adoption. It contains all of the relevant case law, each iteration of the Grandparent Visitation Act as it has been amended, and the author's efforts to correct this judicial injustice via the legislative process.
