Para(graph) Trooper for MacArthur: From the Horse Cavalry to the USSMO

Take a live look at action in the Southwest Pacific during World War II as my late father takes you with him into various battles, their victories and heartbreak, as he worked as a member of General Douglas MacArthur's press staff. The book begins with my father's entry into the horse calvary at Fort Riley, Kansas, an odd assignment, given that he didn't know how to ride a horse But his move onto the camp newspaper and later into press liaison positions allowed him to have a unique perspective during this critical time in our history.
