Glossary of HR terms

This little book has been specially designed for students enrolled in the Human Resources Management course, as well as for professionals and students who, as early as secondary school, are thinking of pursuing studies in HR management. It's worth remembering that human resources management encompasses a number of subjects: labor law, social security law, payroll management, recruitment cycle management, training and career management. This lexicon is intended to facilitate the initiation of young students enrolled in human resources management courses, as well as promoting their professional integration.
