Every little vegan cake in this book was baked and photographed by the author herself (several times). Twenty years of food blogging experience and many fresh ingredients plus a lot of passion have gone into this baking book for attractive plant-based mini cakes.

The author's family had previously been switched to a diet of Italian flat bread for another book (Fairytale Focaccia) and thus tested every sweet recipe without complaint, because the variety was most welcome Not all recipies were agreed upon, but each found enthusiastic advocates - even the bundt cakes with beetroot.
