After making it out of the relationship with my life and three children, I steadfastly insisted on being a single mother for the rest of my life. However, the heavens had other plans. I met and married the love of my life . I floated along on the wings of love until I was blindsided by a terrifying breast cancer diagnosis. On the cancer battlefield, you'll experience with me the fear of facing death, daunting chemotherapy treatments, and the revelation that I could beat the disease and survive. For the first few years after my victory over cancer I looked to the future with trepidation, but soon kissed my fears goodbye and followed my dream of attending law school.
