Through Abyssinia

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. Negoosa Negust, or, A Visit to the King of Zion, was the title which I originally determined on for this book ; but, for cogent reasons urged by the publisher, I decided to discard so incomprehensible a name as Negoosa Negust, and to substitute that which at present occupies my title-page. Now, I should like to explain that Negoosa Negust was not the name of a new sort of bitters.
