Process Scaleup and Design

This book is written for the engineer and the non-engineer. This book provides the general methods used to scaleup a process. The reader will find how to: 1) set process objectives, 2) determine the basic concepts needed in process scaleup and 3) use some of the easier methods for scaleup and appreciate the difficulties of process scaleup. In addition, the reader will be able to: 1) avoid the classic mistakes of scaleup, 2) utilitize process options to obtain a successful design and 3) understand and appreciate the business side of scaleup. The book has been written to help avoid design and processing mistakes.
