Crimson Gift

Throughout the Bible is a crimson thread that begins in Genesis and continues to Revelation. It starts subtly with Adam and Eve, is expounded more in the books of Moses, is there behind the scenes in the rest of the Old Testament and is fully revealed with Jesus on the cross. It is the Crimson Gift, the blood of Jesus. Leviticus 17:11 says that the life of the flesh is in the blood. When we study and fully understand what blood does in the body, we can better understand what the spiritual blood of Jesus has done, is doing and will do for us continually.
