The Well with the Holy Name
As it is in Heaven
The LORD's Prayer: "Our Father who art in Heaven; may Your name be sanctified. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts (trespasses), as we also have forgiven our debtors." (Matthew 6: 9-12) As much as the LORD's Prayer is connected to the New Testament, we get hints of it in the Old Testament."Look down from heaven and see; even from Your holy and glorious habitation. You O LORD are our Father; our Redeemer from everlasting is Thy name." (Isaiah 63: 15-16) Near-Death Experiences are fascinating, especially, because those who report seeing Jesus, say, the love, the light and the joy exuding from Him is beyond anything they'd experienced on earth. When you listen to people recount their NDE's, one of the things that stands out is their adamant desire to stay in the glorious heavenly realm, where there are colors, "living colors", that exceed the visible spectrum (that the naked eye can see). The experience on the "other side" is reportedly more real than the so-called "reality" of our everyday walk on earth. Time as we know it (here) doesn't exist (there). And how does one navigate "a world of shadows", after having encountered a realm where the radiant light of God permeates everything? Note: People are interested to hear what Yeshua looked like?
