The Gang

A small east coast tourist area forms and incorporates a Police Department in the mid 1950's. Shying away from just black or white theories, laws and regulations, they venture into gray areas and utilize unique solutions to problems. Along the way, they find ways to come together when necessary while insulting and making fun of each other, any and every chance they get. Mythical "Cedar Springs" was what "Mayberry" would have been if it was 10 times bigger, an ocean front resort area, had a population that increased by 500 percent for four months out of the year, had 20 times as many bars as convenience stores and still handled most problems like Andy and Barney.
