If you would like to learn how to read the Quraan without making major or minor mistakes, then this book is for you. It has learning objectives, useful tips, checklists and activities to help you. It was designed by Khalid Idris who has been teaching Tajweed for over ten years. In 2009, he completed his Islamic Sciences and Arabic Literature studies at the Institute of Islamic Education, Dewsbury. He has an upper-second class honours in English Language and Literature (BA) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Studies in Education (PGCPSE) from The Open University. Currently, he works as an English teacher in a secondary school and as an Islamic studies teacher.
