Sheer Terra: Superstar Thriller

Sheer Terra's psychic powers hadn't prepared her for waking up in the middle of the night face to face with an art thief. Certainly not this street kid who has come to steal a famous painting to finance the hunt for his prostitute sister's killer. The media have dubbed the killer Sickblade, for his signature flourish of cutting out his victims' tongues. Terra takes the kid, street name Rako, into her world of concerts and galas to help track Sickblade down (discovering a psychic wavelength between herself and the sadist) and to find the true killer of a victim Sickblade swears he didn't do. Action moves between Rako's burrow in the Hell's Kitchen bordello his sister worked out of; Sheer Terra's superstar concerts and sleek Manhattan duplex; the haunted Belasco Theater where Terra links with a legendary ghost; and Sickblade's hellhole for victims, a subterranean magnet for Rako's revenge.
