I Conquer

I Conquer is the Blueprint for Transitioning A Black Church into a Multi-Ethnic Church. This book chronicles the journey of a local African American congregation that sat in the middle of several different ethnic groups, however, the church remained a "Black Church". Understanding the racial divide in this country, Dr. Thompson and his courageous members started out on the journey to diversify their congregation. This books shares the details, the thought process, the stumbling blocks and the successes for the glory of God. The principles that is shared was for a church transition, however, they can be used in any area where you are looking to "Conquer".
