El collar de la paloma

Ibn Hazm was a theologian, jurist, polemicist, scholar, and was one of the brightest minds in Spain. However, the work that immortalized him was El Collar de la Paloma--published in 1022 in the city of J tiva and known as "the most famous book on the theme of love in Muslim civilization" according to Ortega y Gasset. He produced more than 30 chapters of unique and unclassifiable work, which includes reflections, memories, and selected poems.
