While vacationing in the Caribbean, Marie meets and befriends a native, Jasmine. Marie and Jasmine become instant friends and faithful companions. Over the course of their friendship, Marie learns some shocking news about Jasmine. The friend Marie thought she knew; she didn't. What Marie believed was true turned out to be a lie that could threaten their friendship. However, in a strange twist of fate, Marie will reconnect with Jasmine and rediscover the bond of a friend. She will experience the affection in their relationship again, strengthening the connection. Marie will discover an opportunity to learn something new and find herself all over again.
