Wisteria

"Wisteria" is the first book of two novels that tells the story of Cassandra Lowell, a young woman from present-day Santa Monica who is accidentally taken to the fantasy kingdom of Wisteria by Prince Wynn Raemen, a man who has struggled with the aftermath of losing his fianc e to a fatal disease four years earlier. He turned to magic to try and bring her back from the dead but the last spell he performed instead brought Cassandra over to his kingdom. While his family and the majority of Wisteria's residents believe that Cassandra's being in Wisteria is by accident, others believe that she is meant to be there for she and Prince Wynn's fianc e share the same name: Cassandra Lowell. As Cassandra learns more about the kingdom she is left with a question that, for now, is not sure she will be able to answer: Will she go back home to California where her life left off or will she stay in Wisteria and see a future she did not imagine would be possible?
