Why not ask the neighbors?

The subject of this work is the analysis of interregional learning processes in the sense of knowledge and technology transfer. Using the example of the early industrialized region of southern Luxembourg (iron ore mining and iron and steel industrial district), which can look back on a far advanced and predominantly successful process of structural change, the question of how and in what ways a region can learn from the relevant experiences of comparable regions is examined.
