Who is Bullying Who?

Who is bullying who? is an intriguing case of xenophobia in disguise. When Mwachofi bursts home crying, his uncle, Mutebi, starts an investigation that leads him to school. Mutebi discovers that there is more to his nephew's complaint than meets the eye. When eventually Mwachofi spills more beans, the school administration has to act before things get out of hand.
