What could be greater than a faith that promises love, compassion, forgiveness, and eternal life?Mary Zealand, a retired pediatrician and recently ordained minister, chronicles her life from early childhood to senior adulthood while sharing scripture, reflection questions, and the lessons she has learned. Beginning with her earliest memories, she leads others through her unique personal experiences that have included family divorce and death, becoming a mother of three with pregnancy complications, a calling to medicine when women were marching for equal rights, and life in retirement with a new purpose in ministry.
