provide basic information on several breeds from show dogs to guard dogs. Colorful illustrations

tell something about each dog and where the breed originated. There is also information about

the dog's lifespan. At the end of the book there are two pages of "Just For Fun" activities so parents can

test whether a child can tell one dog breed from another.
