The nerves of the Specialist Crime Directorate of the London Metropolitan Police are on edge until investigations lead them to believe one of their own - Detective Wole Robert - is the villain.

As Wole Robert sets out to unmask a maniac and clear his name, he discovers that someone is trying to sabotage his investigations. Someone wants him dead.
