Web Information Systems and Applications

This book constitutes the proceedings of the 16th International Conference on Web Information Systems and Applications, WISA 2019, held in Qingdao, China, in September 2019.  The 39 revised full papers and 33 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 154 submissions.
