Walton-on-Thames

This unique selection of over 200 archive images illustrates many of the changes that have taken place in the ancient parish of Walton-on-Thames over the last century. The book recalls many of the local streets, people, places of worship and shops, including William Gray's boot-repairing business in 1914. Also remembered are the New Zealand soldiers sent to recuperate at the New Zealand Hospital during the First World War.
