Villa Vanessa

Vanessa is gone - killed in a terrorist attack in Paris - and her father, Paul Greene, can't cope. He packs up his life in Australia and moves to France to feel closer to her. Eventually he settles in the south, but his life soon becomes nothing more than one long, drunk afternoon by the sea.

Then a surprise email from a close friend of his daughter's changes everything, and when he meets her at Toulon Train Station he is immediately enchanted by her beauty.

With plans to restore a villa over the summer, Villa Vanessa, in the memory of his daughter, the pair grow close.
