After being suddenly overcome by a mysterious case of the Chilly Willies, nine-year-old Victoria James navigates her way through a day as a fourth grader at Riverview Elementary School. With the help of her best friend Janie Finch, an oversized sweater, jumping jacks, and a spicy pickle sandwich, Victoria James just might defeat the Chilly Willes.
