The manual is an integral part of the educational complex, addressed to foreign students who speak Russian at a level close to RFL-2 (general proficiency.) It is intended to prepare for passing the RFL-2 certification exams (subtests "Reading", "Speaking") and can be useful for achieving the communicative competence of this level and activating lexical and grammatical skills.
