Use and importance of accounting information in decision making

This book is the result of a Master's dissertation in Accounting. Its main theme is the use and importance of accounting information in decision making. The book addresses accounting as an information system known as CIS, thus demonstrating the importance of this system in the decision-making process of its users. The authors bring a research about the use and importance of the accounting information in the decision making process of medium size companies in the metropolitan region of Recife. This work can be used in undergraduate and postgraduate courses, in order to demonstrate theoretical knowledge allied to practice through research.
