Turning a Blind Eye

Three young boys grow up together. There is a hunting accident. The boys grow apart then as young adults come together but from opposite sides. One an FBI agent and one a district attorney. The district attorney has had several near misses on his life. The FBI agent must find the perpetrator before the next time when he might not miss. A homeless veteran has his own agenda as does the local mafia chieftain. What will happen when they all come together? Will any of then Turn A Blind Eye?
