Treasures of My Mind

This book gives the reader an opportunity to pause, reflect and capture the high/low or in between moments of his or her life, whether it's about love, family, friends, marriage, social relationships, careers, to name a few aspects of life. I've tried primarily to rely on my own understanding of life, but I don't stop there. I've benefitted from sharing in the joys, sadness and anxieties of many ordinary human beings whom I've met in my capacity as parent, teacher, professor, Sunday school teacher and community worker. Many years of active engagement in these capacities have provided me with many insights about life, and as an educator, I ve taken time out to reflect on the implications obtained from other people s life experiences, as well as mine. I m a better person, because of invited engagement in discussions pertaining to the life experiences of others.
