I would like to dedicate this book, first to (John) because without him and his life, his story, all his sacrifice and hurt, and his unselfish love for his family, there would be no story. To my children and my wife who are the center of my life and my inspiration and motivation to live life to the fullest, and share, laugh, and love every day. And finally, to my parents, whom I can thank for my existence and for making me the man I am today.
