With ever-expanding communication and the realization of a shared planet, we are now global citizens. A parallel expansion is also occurring in our spiritual evolution we are developing a broader view of the Universe and our place in it.One way to nurture this spiritual energy is to open our awareness beyond the five senses. This larger perspective creates an opportunity to connect with expanded energy dimensions. Using a deep state of alert relaxation, I have been connecting in this way for over twenty years.
