Tourism Laws and Regulations

This textbook forms a teaching system of tourism regulation based on the overview of construction of tourism legal system, the legal system entity and dispute handling, the rules and regulations of travel contract, the rules and regulations of travel agencies, the laws and regulations of tourist guides, the laws and regulations of tourism security and the rules and regulations of tourism resources. The textbook features comprehensiveness, novelty, conciseness and practicability. Each chapter is divided into two parts: tourism regulations and case evaluation.
