Third Eye Awakening II is created for the purpose of enlightening people in the practice of being active participants in their bodies' health, and also to awaken one to the connection between spirit, mind and body. Exposing the connection between health, genetics, and one's ancestral history. The first installment of the Third Eye Awakening series, primarily deals with the origin of spirituality from a historical perspective, and the awakening of consciousness to develop one's ability to be a critical and analytical thinker.How one cares for their body, affects their spiritual, mental self, and also becomes programmed into the DNA.
