Thieving Three-Fingered Jack

The fugitive slave known as "e;Three-Fingered Jack"e; terrorized colonial Jamaica from 1780 until vanquished by Maroons, self-emancipated Afro-Jamaicans bound by treaty to police the island for runaways and rebels.
