There Is No ME

What is, is.Yoga is about radically accepting things as they are. Whether we like it or not does not matter. It still is. Maybe we know each other and maybe we don't, but I bet that I could ask some questions about your hopes, fears, and desires, and we would answer them in the same way. Because we are the same consciousness. We are two waves in the same ocean, two toes on the same foot. So maybe we have never met, but I know you and you know me. The Truth is that there has only, ever, been us.
