The Wrong Socks

Big Cat Story Talk is a research-informed language programme that places books at the heart of every session. Using a series of lively wordless picture books, the programme builds vocabulary, improves language and communication and increases social and emotional wellbeing through quality interactions and rich child-led book talk.

Today hasn’t started well for one boy – his socks are mismatching, his toothpaste has smeared across his face and he is struggling to focus in class. Will he find a way to turn the day around?
