The Twilight Soldier$

The Twilight Soldier$ written by Tom Race is a sequel to his first novel Contract Warrior$. It chronicles a series of dramatic events in the life of its main character Anthony Robert Gordon. He is an ex-Iraq War veteran working for a private military firm called Global Solutions. The CEO of this company is Eric Lowe, a retired army colonel. He employs former military types with unique skills to carry out different assignments for large sums of cash. To do this requires the use of various employees-primarily Anthony Robert Gordon, code name Argo, who happens to be a well-educated, ex-army sniper, and a former ranger that sees himself as a long-range interventionist. He is the face of the private military contractor, otherwise known as a mercenary, or Twilight Soldier. Gordon is half-Colombian, part German, from the country of Colombia, who joined the army after 9/11. He is very patriotic but due to his need for money and the luxuries he desires, he becomes an agent of lethal consequences. One of those consequential engagements is the removal of a notorious, left-wing billionaire named Gregory Stavros.
