The Time of Great Calamity

American protagonist lands in Japan after a catastrophic disaster in Fukushima Prefecture. He wonders why such a small island nation lacking natural resources was able to grow so large economically, and finds out that "people" could've been the resource or a victim of this nation which helped achieve an economical success. Probably not to the extent of the people living in this country, but aren't we all being victimized by the nation and the government to a certain degree? In this novel, the author shares reader some knowledge of what kind of society we currently we live in has transformed into, and what type of people are been favored. Horror adventure novel situated in present and past Japan where the readers get exposed to trend of the entire world.
