The Super Senses

This little book of poems and illustrations helps children and young people to first know what the body's organs are and their purpose. It then helps children to recognise the sensations and connect these to each of the emotions. The process of recognising body sensations is known as interoception: the eighth sense. These poems and characters are a fun and memorable way to help children to notice their body signals and support them to start talking about how they feel. It is the blueprint to understanding and accepting all their emotions.
