Nestled by a great sea, and overlooking the famed City of Men, an ancient sage engages with city dwellers, and contributes some of his wisdom through a series inspirational, poetic essays. He discusses various matters of life like existence, the nature of thought, the nature of being, death and loss, and consequently: happiness. This book's philosophy is influenced by the ancient school of Stoicism, and the poetic style is inspired by one of the author's favorite books "The Prophet" and was written as a tribute to Khalil Gibran.
