The Northern Territories of Canada: The Arctic Region

Northern Canada, is the vast northernmost region. Northern Canada refers Canadian Arctic with three territories of Canada: Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon. The Arctic region of Canada lies east of Alaska and west of Green land. This area covers about 40 percent of Canada's total land area, but has less than 1 percent of Canada's population.
