The Magicians

Anyone who has dealt with the beaurocrats of this world understands red tape and rules. With the Second World War behind us, there was one man who knew first hand the difficulties of war and of peace. He was the President of the United States and he was determined to leave too his successor a tool for democracy. This tool, a group of ordinary men who were capable of extraordinary tasks would perform at the discretion of one man only, the President. No politicians; No Agencies; And no generals. He called these men The Magicians.
