The Magic in Being Special

It wasn't the life she had dreamed of when she married Asher Jr. Deloris thought she was marrying into one of Stewart, Virginia's most prestigious families. She had denied this specialness her whole life, but now she needed to pull on these special abilities and teach her daughter how to control what she had inherited. Her daughter brings two spirits together that had searched 400 years for each other. The spirits belonged to Adama, who had allowed herself to be captured in Africa, and her true love Kwame.
